Inserts

Inserts are available preassembled witha polymer bottom spring or Top Spring.  The polymer spring acts as a shock absorber that protects against breakage if the needle bottoms out.  The conical design permits complete sample removal.  The Step Insert precisely sits in the neck of the vial, thus eliminating the need for metal or plastic springs.

Limited Volume Snap Vials, 13-425

These limited volume vials include polypropylene and Glastic limited volume vials.  Glastic is a unique combination of a Type I low extractable glass insert and a clear thermoplastic polymer outer vial shell.  The glass is the only contact between the sample and seal.

Snap Caps

Caps may be snapped on and off by hand which eliminates the need for metal crimping and decapping tools, thus reducing potential hazards due to sharp aluminum metal edges.  Large opening top provides a greater target area for needle penetration.  Available in packs of 100 pieces or cases of 1000 pieces.

Neck finish allows use of snap caps or standard aluminum seals.  Snap Seal finish eliminates the need for crimping or decapping.  Designed to work in Shimadzu and Waters WISP 48 position autosamplers.  Choose from clear or amber Type I borosilicate glass.  Vials incorporate the unique Step Vial design that precisely centers a limited volume insert in the vial neck.  Available with graduated marking spots which can be written on with a #2 pencil.
